HR Manager, APAC recruitment

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner and advise the regional business leaders in attracting, developing and retaining talents
- Lead, initiate and roll out HR initiatives for the region, ensuring standards and timelines are met
- Guide the HR team in the full spectrum of HR initiatives and provide guidance on HR processes and policies
- Act as the internal consultant to the various in-country HR representatives
Job Requirements:
- Degree of 8 years of relevant HR experience
- Relevant experience in setting up plants in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Hands-on and able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
- Self-initiated and takes ownership, project management experience is preferred
- Team player with the ability to work independently
