Oferta:

Reporting to the VP South America and the Global VP HR, your main responsibilities will be:
- Management of all HR policies and procedures;
- Ensure recruitment of high calibre staff to help achieve the business targets of each area, within budgeted staffing plans Direct involvement in interviewing process for Managerial roles;
- Special projects and other duties as assigned or as identified;
- Monitor and control expenditure within HR budget (benefits, LD, Professional Fees etc.) and ensure accurate reporting of actual spend.
- Provide specific advice and guidance and counsel/coach managers and employees on all HR issues;
- Work with management teams on organisation issues contributing ideas, planning, implementing and communicating organisation change;
- Project Management of the local Talent and Performance Management cycle in conjunction with the Global VP Human Resources;
- Managing the creation of policies and procedures necessary to support all recruitment, where required;

Perfil desejado:

The successful candidate will need to have an excellent communication skills with the ability and credibility to build strong relationships and to operate at all levels. Fluence in English.
Educated to degree level with any HR qualification. An experienced HR Generalist ideally operating within the Manufacturing industry. An excellent understanding of Brazilian labour law.
Able to display a high level of confidentiality and integrity when dealing with employee matters.
