HR Manager / Business Partner Job in Richmond Upon Thames, Home Counties Uk

My client is an exhibition company, based inRichmond, who are looking to recruit an HR Manager to their, fast paced team on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a great brand, in a great location and to expand your HR skill set in an HR Manager role.

As the HR Manager you will be managing the IT client group of around 150 - so experience in this area is essential. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be required to deal with all ER issues, Employee benefits, as the primary point of contact for the group. You must have strong influencing skills, be very process driven and have a 'hand on' approach.

You must have experience in a fast passed environment, have dealt with a range of Employee Relations issues including shift working, Agency Workers Regulations, redundancies and terminations. You must have excellent communication and relation building skills and have experience in producing correspondence to employees
