HR Manager – IT Services – QBE/CIPD
IT Services and Solutions organisation, AAP3, are looking to recruit an HR Manager to join the Senior Management Team, leading and continually developing the Global HR Operation. Reporting in to the EVP Director of Shared Services, this role will play a key role in leading and evolving the HR function in line with business requirements.
The objectives for the role will include:
- the design, implementation, management and review of the global HR strategy
- development, implementation and review of HR processes to support the organisation
- working with the executive team and senior managers to operate an effective and compliant global HR function
- review/design corporate HR strategy
- ongoing development and improvement of the company’s performance management process
- ownership of the companies training and development planning
- improve and deliver the annual performance review process
- operating as a knowledge base for UK and European employment law – implementing any required changes in accordance with requirements
- advising on acquisition strategy and integration (HR, TUPE requirements)
- responsibility for the supervision of the UK based HR team
- ensuring budgetary control across the group
Candidates should have experience around as many of the above areas as possible. We are looking for a highly enthusiastic individual to join the organisation and take the lead on the above initiatives, reviewing and re-designing where appropriate.
Candidates will need to demonstrate strong commercial awareness (i.e. experience not just limited to HR operations) and experience within IT Services organisations. We require the successful candidate to be highly flexible in their approach to their responsibilities.
Though not a key requirement, we would expect candidates looking to move in to such a role may be fully or part qualified in a relevant human resources or business discipline (degree level/QBE/CIPD).
