HR Manager

Based in Milton, you will report into the National Employee Relations Manager and assume responsibility for human resources for the Supply Chain Division. This is an operational HR role where you will partner with the Supply Chain leadership team to drive the full HR agenda, including industrial relations, workforce planning, employee engagement and performance management.
You will have proven experience in industrial relations coupled with solid operational HR experience. Your confidence, approachability and professionalism mean that you build great relationships and credibility at all levels and you’re comfortable operating
both strategically and operationally. Ideally, you will also have experience in supply chain, manufacturing or heavy industry. Some travel will be involved from time to time.
