A great opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Generalist at a global firm. This role will support a specific business unit and be responsible for delivering strategic and operational HR solutions. The main responsibilities will include:
Deliver full service Human Resources Generalist support.
Ensure the organisational design of the business enables performance improvement and business effectiveness.
Provide support on all employee relation issues.
Develop programs that will help drive business initiatives;
Lead on organisational design and change activity
Lead cultural change initiatives
Perfil desejado:
The successful candidate will have a four year Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years experience as a Human Resources professional . Must have superb ENGLISH communication skills. Great energy and a passion to succeed a must. Ability to multi task and take the lead.Fluent english is mandatory for this position.
