HR Manager Job in Harderwijk 1077XX, Gelderland Netherlands
- Strategic Business Planning - In conjunction with Senior Management Team develop strategic business plan in line with vision and deploy strategies to action;
- Translate business strategy into HR strategy;
- Manage employee and industrial relations framework;
- Attract, retain and grow key talent to achieve long term business goals and mid to long term succession plan;
- Change management and continuous improvement;
- Performance management;
- Maintain Compensation Benefits structure and manage merit review process in line with corporate guidelines;
- Ensure legal compliance;
- Management of HR Audit (ASAT) process;
- Encourage and promote employee involvement;
- Ensure that key reporting process are in place on all sites for reporting HR metrics;
- Contribute to Alcoa Foundation activity and ensure that strategies are developed in all locations;
- Manage transactional activity via HR Services Delivery.
Requirements
- Business based degree and/or relevant HR qualification;
- Experience of working as HR business partner in multinational organisation and working with works councils;
- Sound knowledge of employment law;
- Previous exposure to management of expatriates;
- Experience of managing a shared service center;
- Excellent oral and written communication;
- Bilingual (Dutch English);
- Approachable, demonstrates leadership strength and managerial courage;
- Able to forge strong, trusting collaborative relationships;
- Sound coaching, mentoring and conflict resolution;
- Mediating, negotiating and influence skills;
- Project management;
- Business acumen.
