Missions

 

Based in the Munich office and reporting to the Group’s CFO, you will support the growth of the Group across Europe.

 

You manage the hiring process in a timely manner, choosing the relevant supports (jobboards, social media, …), making sure the key messages reach their targets, organizing the interviews, carrying out tests, etc

 

You are the contact person to assist and support employees in any HR related topics, from their very first day in the company. You particularly bring support to managers.

 

You ensure that corporate HR policies worked out in the Paris headquarters are well implemented.

 

You coordinate performance reviews processes, merit increases, performance / potential matrices.

 

You are are also in charge of the Payroll - with the support of an external provider - for employees in Germany and the UK.

 

 

Position requirements

 

5-yr + experience in an HR Generalist role in Germany

Working knowledge of employee attraction, engagement and retention strategies

Good background in German employment law

Superior interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal

A fluent English speaker, multilingual skills a plus

Experience operating in international, IT/ web fast-growing environments a plus
