Job Summary: Designs, plans, and implements Human Resource programs, policies and procedures. Areas of responsibility include Recruitment/Retention, Strategic HR Planning, Wage/Salary Administration, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Safety/Health, OSHA Compliance, EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, HIPPA Compliance, Training/Organizational Development.
Essential Functions: Create, execute and monitor Human Resources Programs. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment. Member Sr. Leadership Team providing HR support and counsel within integrated business plan. Benefits design and administration, negotiating benefits contracts with national vendors. Creates successful employee relations policies and programs that measure cost effectiveness and foster employee satisfaction and high morale. Monitors legislation affecting the workplace. Liaison for regulatory agencies, (DOC, EEOC, FLSA, OSHA). Company representative for all adjudication within the court system. Champion of safety awareness and development of return to work programs.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor' Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent education and experience.
2) Sr. HR Generalist experience and progressive management level position.
3) Operations background and knowledge within manufacturing environment.
4) Accomplished change agent strategist.
5) In-depth knowledge and compliance-related experience in state and federal labor laws, (EEO, AAP, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, HIPPA, OSHA).
