Working closely with Senior Managers and reporting to the Managing Director, this newly created role offers you a step forward in your career in this Australian owned manufacturing organization. This opportunity will suit a person who is keen to get fully involved with this company who has branches across Australia. As the sole HR function, you will have exposure to a broad range of responsibilities and still have the support of experienced management staff.
Located in Sydney's south with onsite parking your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting new personnel across the company
- Implementing and advising best practices for OHS
- Undertake performance reviews
- Coordinate Training and Education plans
- Manage Workplace environment manuals on database system
- Provide administrative support in HR capacity to senior staff
To be successful for this role you will:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in HR
- Have a strong ability to grasp new technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 4 years plus HR experience (Manufacturing, Industrial or Construction experience will be highly valued)
- Previous generalist responsibilities
- Motivated and flexible
- Confident and approachable
- Intermediate-Advanced MS Office skills

The salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000 plus super.
