HR Manager (M/F)

- Master degree in Human Resources or a related field

- Expertise in social legislation and strong knowledge of compensation benefits

- Fluency in Dutch, French and English, excellent level of German

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office

- 5 to 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager

- Work experience in an international and changing environment

- Positive experience in people management, proven leadership skills and ability to generate motivation

- Excellent communication, negotiation and delegation skills

- Described as reliable, accurate, organized and flexible
