In Austria the fast growing office has reached a size where it is of utmost importance to have a part time Human Resource Business Partner to assist management in maintaining this growth and market expansion. Based in the 1st district Vienna, Austria and reporting to the Head of HR sitting in Switzerland, the role will cover a large span of activities.

Human Resources Business Partner Part-Time 50% (m/f)

Aufgabengebiet

The HR Business Partner is a key role for the Austrian organisation and current structure: You shall act as a functional expert on one side and also providing the management team with HR input into the business strategy.

  • Management of recruitment processes and assistance in development and retention of talent
  • Coordination of Training Development for the business unit
  • Assistance in the performance management processes to assure current and future needs
  • Analysis of business needs enabling counselling of management in strategic HR matters
  • Review and implementation of Head Quarter HR policies and procedures
  • Management of ad-hoc projects on organisational / personnel development
  • Maintenance of accurate reporting and data quality
  • Payroll check with vendor and evaluation of variable salaries
  • Assistance in organisational change initiatives and support of business strategies
  • Participation in a process of innovation by identifying opportunities of improvement of HR processes

Anforderungsprofil

The ideal candidate should be motivated by business development and have profound experience in state of the art HR tools.

  • University Degree with focus on HR, Business Administration, Psychology or Law
  • Further education in HR training (law, personnel development, etc)
  • Proven track record in operational HR matters to support the business
  • Experience in dealing with dynamics in an evolving and international environment
  • Entrepreneurial and performance driven approach
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Fluent in English German, additional languages welcome
  • Solution oriented and structured working style
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Communicative, with good negotiation skills

Vergütungspaket

The salary package for this position will be minimum EURO 25.000- gross per year (25 hour/week) There is a possibility for overpayment which will be dependent on your qualifications and experiences.
