This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a leading international EPCM as the HR Projects Manager. This is a newly created position and a key role that will see you take full responsibility for development and implementation of HR projects across the country.
Reporting to the National HR Corporate Manager you will be required to work at a strategic level analysing business requirements and identifying HR functions that require improvement. The position will require you to liaise with stakeholders; including HR and Senior management during the development and implementation of projects.
Providing high level support and advice throughout the organisation you will be consultative in your approach and have the ability to build trust and mutual respect in order to manage successful relationships. You will be degree qualified in HR and have strong Human Resources Projects experience preferably within the Resources sector. In return you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits.
