Our client is a high growth Australian mining organisation. They believe their success will be based upon becoming an employer of choice with a highly engaged and positive workforce. As a result of a recent merger, there is a need to build a leading edge group HR function.
Reporting to the GM of Human Resources, you will be responsible for managing a small team delivering the HR operations of the organisation. The recently merged company has an FTE of 800 and will need the HR operations to be designed, developed and implemented. This will be a broad corporate role servicing a number of divisions and supporting the HR managers that work on site.
You will need to offer a strong operational abilities coupled with experience implementing policies and procedures from a corporate perspective. It would also be ideal if you had experience in a significant organisation that is well respected for their HR function.
You will need to offer strong stakeholder and team management abilities. A flexible and adaptable style will also be required coupled with a results oriented approach.
