HR Manager recruitment

One of our clients, a large practice firm based in the City are looking for a HR Manager to join their small but close knit team.

You will be in charge of overseeing the management of the HR Team. The role will involve dealing with absences, disciplinaries and performance issues as well as coaching and training where applicable.

You will identify areas for further training, manage talent and succession planning and spear head recruitment campaigns. Responsibilities will also include overseeing the process of salary reviews, advising on company benefits and ensuring implementation of HR policies are in line with employment law.

You will be required to manage HR budgets, as well as overseeing staff planning and completing the annual HR strategy. You will manage the HR events such as recruitment fairs, inductions and social events.

Additional responsibilities will include overseeing the monthly payroll.

Requirements:

Proven experience at management level within the HR function in a Professional Services firm.
CIPD qualified with evidence of CPD and a 2.1 Degree in any discipline.
Fully conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of employment law and HR best practice. Experience of recruiting at a senior level.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prepare and present reports to a senior level
A good working knowledge of HR systems
Experience of managing TUPE, redundancy and other similar HR projects
