HR Manager (Recruitment, APAC) – Leading Business Consultancy recruitment

Overview

Our client is a leading global brand name in business consultancy, with key projects in operations management, supply-chain optimisation and people process enhancement. They have a solid brand equity which has been growing in the Asia-Pacific over the past decade. To support their expansion plans, they are seeking a qualified HR professional to join their Asian office, to coordinate HR processes and support regional-level projects.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Regional Head, APAC, you will lead in end-to-end Talent Acquisition - from devising acquisition / marketing strategies, to determining selection processes, to supporting the subsequent onboarding processes. You will be actively involved in campus recruitment, headhunting and lateral hires, and will be expected to travel to key cities in South-East Asia, rest of APAC and ANZ. You will also manage and improve on various HR policies and processes, ensuring strategic alignment with global corporate objectives. You will also be involved, on a regional-level, in continual review and improvements to compensation benefits structures, as well as career development roadmaps.

Requirements

You will be a mature and assertive candidate, who has at least 4 years of Singapore-based HR Generalist or in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a consultancy or professional services firm. You should also be able to demonstrate your track record in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles - inclusive of both campus recruitment and professional hires. You must be degree-qualified from a reputable tertiary institution, with fluency in English and preferably in another Asian language. As this is a regionally-focused role, you must be willing to travel and be experienced in working in a global corporate environment.
