HR Manager, Shared Services recruitment
This life science MNC provides a comprehensive range of products and services to improve life in many ways. Due to expansion in the region, they are seeking a meticulous and process oriented HR Manager for Shared Services to join the HR team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide overall services of HR transactional to ensure that issues are resolved or escalated
- Act as the focal point for all Shared Services issues
- Streamline and improve existing policies and processes
- Educate, communicate and implement processes to various stakeholders
- Lead and guide the team to ensure consistency and accuracy
Job Requirements:
- Degree with 5-7 years of experience in HR, in a Shared Service setting
- Strong in project management and enjoys liaising with various stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems and identify root cause with analytical thinking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt in a fluid and changing environment
