An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join this renowned global brand. Paying up to £40k with excellent benefits, including a car allowance, they are looking for a credible and creative HR Manager to support their Manchester site.

Working within a niche division of the business, you will be able to build upon your previous experience as a HR Business Partner / HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor.

Working closely with other HR Managers across the UK, this is a truly generalist role, including Employee Relations (within a Unionised site), Recruitment, Learning Development and Performance Management, as well as ad-hoc projects focussed around Engagement, Change Management and Succession Planning.

HR Manager - up to £40k + car allowance - Manchester - Retail/FMCG - Experience

• Previous experience as a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor within a fast-paced Retail / FMCG / Supply Chain organisation
• Experience of working in a Unionised environment would be highly advantageous
• A true generalist background, with a proven track record of delivering effective solutions
• Exceptional communication skills, and a strong commercial acumen
• Ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders
• Educated to degree-calibre, CIPD preferable
