HR Officer Job in Dublin West 12, Dublin Ireland

Main Responsibilities:

 

·         Provide a strong administrative support to the HR Manager and the management team

·         Input and maintenance of all HR Data (tracking systems / file information etc).

·         Filing on a daily basis - update and maintenance of personnel files.

·         Issuing and managing employment contracts.

·         Payroll – Liaison with between Payroll and HR to ensure that updates are communicated.

·         Act as a first point of contact for any day to day queries that arise from employees and managers. 

·         Coordination of Health and Safety screenings and medical appointments, e.g. logging appointments and confirming to accounts.

·         Maintaining Annual Leave records.

·         Coordinate and support recruitment activities as required – placing advertisements, screening CVs, arranging and confirming interviews, filing and delivery of HR induction to all new hires

·         Handle all employee matters consistently in line with company values with an emphasis on sensitivity and confidentiality.

·         Any duties as reasonably requested by the HR Manager
