Our client is an International Mining Services organisation who are a leader in their field . Currently experiencing rapid growth, they have an opportunity for a HR professional to manage their HR and Safety function.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the entire HR and Safety function in a standalone capacity. Duties and responsibilities will be generalist in nature and will encompass: recruitment, maintenance of HR files, on boarding, development and maintenance of policies and procedures, performance management, remuneration and benefits, learning and development and various HR projects. The responsibilities around safety will include investigations when required, coordination of injury management and workers compensation activities and collating and reporting safety data.
Ideally, the position would suit a progressive and qualified HR Advisor, with previous experience of working in a standalone capacity.
