Embarking on the creation a Global Shared services function, this newly created role reports to the Global Head of HR Shared Services. This role is responsible providing direction and leadership for the Global HR Shared Service Admin and Data teams in order to maximise performance and ensure customer satisfaction. With reach over more than 8,000 employees, this role will play a key part in overseeing the operational scheduling aspects of the HR Shared Services team and ensuring up to data technology with stakeholders and vendors. In addition you will:
- Establish and manage stakeholder relationships, including managing expectations and seeking customer feedback.
- Ensure effective workflow process and reporting.
- Vendor management.
- Develop a high performing team based culture.
- Establish appropriate staffing schedules to support service delivery.
- Define and implement new policies, processes and procedures, recommend process improvements.
- Provide coaching, on the job training and performance development.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated management experience in service delivery within a shared services centre or similar environment within an HR structure. In addition, you will have strong technical knowledge of Oracle, JDE or CHRIS 21 and have a comprehensive understanding of HR strategy, practices and programs. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are required as you build and foster strong relationships within the Lend Lease community, as well as your availability to work as part of a global team working pattern.
