HR Pension & Payroll Co-Ordinator

I am currently working with a company based locally in Princes Risborough who are looking for a professional, amiable and efficient Pension Payroll Co-ordinator to join their friendly and energetic team during an exciting period of change. A job has arisen within the HR department, due to a move of the payroll function from finance.

The day to day responsibilities in this job role will include; the maintenance of the monthly payroll for 75 staff, annual returns, payments and controls, liaising with pension administrators with respect to salary increases, new staff and leavers and preparing papers for the board remuneration committee. The job role will also involve frequently assisting with HR administration duties.

The candidate will need experience in HR and a deep knowledge of payroll, coupled with an ability to articulate themselves in a calm, clear and precise manner whilst handling queries. It is also preferable for this individual to have dealt with company pension schemes previously, and be adaptable and comfortable under pressure.
