HR Professional – Based in Luxembourg recruitment

In this challenging yet rewarding role your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

-Day to day guidance for HR needs

-Development of policies into workable plans

-Advising and implementing on all contracts and processes

-Managing employee files

-Carrying out salary and bonus reviews

The successful candidate should hold the following skills:

-3-5 years minimum in HR within a financial institution in an international environment 

-Diploma or equivalent certifications in Human Resources

-Excellent communication skills

-Fluency in German English
