HR Project Manager
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage the development of an integrated channel strategy for attracting talent with the correct values and behaviours, while driving down usage of agencies.
Key Accountabilities:
• End to end project management of initiatives that will drive improvements to the channel strategy
• Identifying and delivering the cost benefits derived from the change in channel usage
• Developing the social media strategy
• Managing the development of key external partners e.g. LinkedIn
• Ongoing analysis and review of performance measures, SLAs and MI and related metrics/ measures to assess and facilitate continuous improvement
The successful incumbent will be be able to demonstrate a strong command of project management techniques, a track record of business change, experience of stakeholder management and strong governance controls, and be disciplined and experienced in budget management preferably in a large multinational corporation.
