Experience required includes minimum of 8-10 years of progressively increasing HR experience as
Generalist and/or Specialist (Compensation and Benefits would be an asset). Must had experience in successfully leading projects, working in a complex environment and internationally. Require high level of interpersonal communication skills and analytical skills.
- Solid project management and experience
- Experience in managing MA projects is a big plus
- Familiar working in international fast pace changing environments
- Perfectly fluent in English; fluency in other languages could be an asset
