HR Recruitment Coordinator-Temp to Perm
Our client in Monmouth County has an outstanding opportunity for an HR Recruitment Coordinator to assist their Recruiting Dept. with administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Create offer letters, administer new hire paperwork, facilitate new hire orientation sessions and support employee on boarding.
Assist in the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); create and run weekly tracking reports; update candidate records as needed.

Maintain vendor contracts and track contractor/temporary employees within the Organization
Qualifications:

3 years of administrative experience in an HR/Recruitment Dept.

Experience in ATS system preferred

Strong Computer skills-Microsoft Office
Pay Rate-$15-$17
