Job Description: Currently seeking an experienced HR Recruiter for a temporary assignment that will last 10-12 weeks in duration with the possibility Job Description: HR Recruiter ensures cost competitiveness by ensuring that bill rates are aligned with current market rates and closely related to the necessary job criteria. Consistently looks to streamline processes and provide cost savings. Ensures that contingent staff suppliers are compliant with company policies and employment laws. Responsible for properly utilizing the Vendor Management System (VMS), Beeline. Monitors vendor performance, including on-time delivery of quality contingent staffing services as well as problem and/or poor performance resolution. Must develop knowledge of the general information technology used throughout the enterprise and an understanding of general skills required for each position. Must possess the ability to establish strong working relationships with the managers that utilize contingent staffing services. Responsible for working with management to define contingent staffing candidate qualifications and for the pre-qualification of contingent staffing candidates as they relate to requisitions. Coordinates candidate interviews, contractor orientation, security access set and/or deletion. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline; OR equivalent experience. * Minimum 2 yrs or more years experience in third party (staffing agency) recruiting/account management or staffing vendor relations * Previous experience with VMS technology.
