HR Resourcing Coordinator: Law Firm, £27,000

 

This international law firm based in the heart of the City seeks a Resourcing Coordinator to join its very busy HR Department.

 

Reporting to the Resourcing Officer, you will work alongside HR Senior Managers, providing support with all processes in recruiting staff best fitted across departments. 

 

Typical duties will include:

 

·        Monitoring the stages of candidate progress from inception to HR induction after commencing employment

·        Providing full administrative support to the HR function including: extensive Diary Management for HR Department and candidate interviews, liaising with Partners and Business Professionals; producing offer letters, reference requests and other such documentation

·        CV Management, coordination of interviews for candidates, scheduling interviews, video conferences, travel and accommodation arrangements where required

·        Maintenance of the HR spreadsheets and resourcing database to include up-to-date contact information; amending CV’s and other information, in addition to the resourcing section of both the intranet and website

·        Managing telephone and email enquiries, and maintaining/implementing filing systems  

·        Liaising with candidates/agencies for all recruitment matters responding to job applications; handling agency agreements and Post Hire administration (contracts, conflict check requests, and salary surveys)

·        Maintaining spreadsheet recordings for: hire processes, reviews, recruiting policies, and procedures

·        Supporting with ad-hoc project work such as producing reports for budgets, chargeable hours, carrying out research, and other administrative/secretarial duties

·        Assisting with the invoice processing, timesheets, job specs, contract administration for secondments, and exit interviews

 

The successful applicant will be educated to degree level and have proven HR experience, preferably gained within a legal or professional services environment.  Superb organisational and time management skills are essential, as are sound communication abilities, both verbal and written.  Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as unsupervised, is crucial.  You will be enthusiastic, proactive and flexible, with a “hands-on” approach and be able to provide solutions to problems. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) is a requirement.
