HR Relationship Manager / Management Information Specialist recruitment

Principal Accountabilities:

Relationship building and customer focus

Drive Management Information operational effectiveness / initiatives. Ensuring there is a clear focus on the business reporting requirements and continually building strong relationships with all customers / clients from the business and from the wider HR community. Report rationalisation (current environment) and engaging at senior management level in providing effective strategic Management Information solutions through leading report development, design and deployment

Business analysis

A key focus of the role is to review, analyse and interpret data (reporting output) across Global Businesses, providing key analysis, analytical insights, trend analysis and to ensure alignment (report production) to key strategic initiatives (strong commercial focus).The RM should consider the business impact of any data in terms of what can be concluded from an effective analysis and should be able to suggest issues and concerns that require further investigation or decision making

Project management

Manage, co-ordinate multiple project based activities (Group led initiatives). Team lead in managing the Pay Review System (GPRS) deployment / Pay Review process - from planning, co-ordination, analytics and accountability of implementation / process related activities, liaising between MI, Reward, Project Teams and HR Generalist Teams. Ensuring all key deliverables are met.

Business acumen and commerciality

The RM should have good commercial knowledge of the industry in which we operate and should be able to apply market knowledge to any review of information. Regular review of current business factors will be key in building the credibility of the RM.

Strong and effective communication

Regularly consider the form of communication used and also the content of any communication in terms of depth of analysis provided. Consider the end user in any communications

Experience/Qualifications

• Experience working as a Relationship Manager / Management Information specialist essential (proven track record of MI process management / high level senior management reporting / analysis)

• Experience working within Financial Services / HR environment essential

• Strong Excel / Data Management skills (PeopleSoft knowledge)

• Experience working in Cognos is essential
