Job Responsibilities
- Manages all daily labor data for full-time, seasonal and temporary resources assigned to operation.
- Communicates daily labor information in operational team meetings.
- Provides support to HR Generalist and HR Manager.
- Maintains HR tracking systems for corrective actions, Kronos system management, terminations and UAMs.
- Maintains employee files in accordance with record keeping requirements performing periodical audits.
- Schedules, tracks and supports employee communications.
- Administers Employee Appreciation programs.
- Supports communications programs throughout facility, conduct audits to ensure success.
- Participates in investigations, EEOC charge follow-up activities, unemployment hearings, and employee relations activities.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent; or three to five years related experience working in a human resources capacity; PHR certification and Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, presentations, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Must possess strong leadership skills including the ability to negotiate, coach, motivate, support change, make timely and effective decisions.
- Must be able to successfully process sometimes ambiguous information.
- Must be able to clearly communicate to a diverse and large workforce.
- Position requires an individual that is willing to lead change, be flexible, and can multi-task.
- Proficiency with MS software required.
- Prior experience with ADP HRIS and Kronos or other payroll and timekeeping systems required.
- Employee relations, payroll, and LOA experience required.
