HR Senior Project Manager recruitment

We need an experienced, proactive and entrepreneurial project manager who combines great attention
to detail with an innovative outlook to work with key Swiss Re business areas and outside stakeholders
on our vital Payroll and Tax Compliance Project. This position is on a temporary basis for about two years

HR Senior Project Manager

As the Project Manager for our Payroll and Tax Compliance Project, you will also have minor
responsibilities on smaller payroll/process-related projects. Your main responsibilities will include
developing project plans and managing stakeholders, teams, schedules and budgets. You will document
the project, implement changes in IT systems, coordinate stakeholder requirements and expectations
and drive a customer-focused culture. You will also act as the single point of contact for all
project-related topics concerning tax and compliance in payroll, make sure the IA and cross-border
movers process is correct and help synchronise in-house HR and outsourced payroll systems

Along with a minimum of 10 years' experience in
Project Management, you are familiar with tax and
shadow payroll in at least two countries (preferably
US, UK, CH or DE). You must have an
understanding of SAP HR and preferably
experience in a similar function to the role. You are
a graduate, fluent in English and German, with
strong analytical skills, and are detail-oriented
while also being able to think innovatively and
globally. Being a strong team player is second
nature to you.
