HR Service Administrator- Compensation - Budapest
Main tasks:
The role primarily involves responsibility for aspects of the delivery of designated EMEA Compensation Benefits programs.
- The HR Service Administrator works in a team with the other HR Service Administrator members and liaises with the EMEA HR Process Owners and the Global Compensation Benefits teams and Integrated Service Team.
- Deliver a professional, customer focused service within the Service Level Agreements. - Follow programs thoroughly and ensure that the customers are responded to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain total satisfactory Business Control posture and retain auditable documentation to show compliance with program rules
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Fluent written and spoken English
- At least 1 year experienceinusing Excel
- At least 1 year experienceinan office environment
