HR Service Administrator- Payroll Administrator (French speaker)

On behalf of our world wide well-known multinational partner we are looking for candidates for the following role:

HR Service Administrator- Payroll Administrator (French speaker) - Budapest

Main tasks:
- Run payroll operations accurately and in a timely fashion - in accordance with the Payroll schedules

- Be in charge of one or multiple payroll subprocesses
- Process payroll transactions when required making sure that the payment request comes from an authorized source, is approved on an appropriate level and there is no conflict between the eligibility and the payment request
- Perform appropriate controls on payroll transaction in order to ensure accuracy and auditability of Payroll
- Apply the French regulations and guidelines provided by HR when running payroll operations

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/ GED (Bachelor's Degree is preferred)
- Fluent written and spoken English and French
