Overview : Responsible for answering inquiries from employees within the set Service Level Agreement (SLA) that has been established for the HR Service Center. Also responsible for data entry on a daily basis into various HR systems Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Responds to inquiries within the set SLA High level of inquiries are resolved at Tier I Completes all data entry within set SLA Escalates issues to Team Lead in a timely manner Maintains high satisfaction rate on surveys Assists Team Leads as needed with new projects Displays high level of Customer Service at all times. Maintains professional attitude Qualifications : Bachelors Degree preferred 2 -4 years office experience preferred, preferably in a Call Center or Customer Service environment excellent verbal, written, and telephone skills and strong customer service orientation.
