HR Specialist

 

 

Job location:

This position will be based in Zurich, Switzerland.

 

Main Responsibilities:

We are looking for a young and ambitious professional, eager to face a challenging and fast growing environment! Reporting to the Italy and Switzerland HR Manager, you will be in charge of the whole recruiting process:

·       Job posting, resumes collections and screening

·       Arranging and managing the HR Interviews, including the support to the product line managers in the interview arrangement and in the candidate evaluations

·       Feedback collection, offer phase and internal approval process management

·       Coordinate with HR team members internally

 

Requirements:

·       HR related education (FA Personalfachfrau)

·       At least 2 years working experience in similar position

·       Fluent in German and English, Swiss German is appreciated

·       Good communication and relationship management skills

·       Strong organizational skills

·       Ability to work under pressure

·       Flexibility and willingness to face challenges
