We need a high level HR Analyst, preferably with expertise in compensation/job classification. We highly prefer people from the public sector.
The key responsibilities and objectives of this position include but are not limited to:
Employee orientation, development and training
Managing company-wide new hire and separations
Human resource policy development and documentation
Firm wide employee communication
Recruitment strategies and implementation
Employee relations and counseling
In this position, you will coordinate and implement these services, policies, and programs and be available to assist and advise company managers regarding human resource matters.
