Position Summary: Responsible for recruiting and screening applicants for call center positions throughout the company. Requires considerable skill in interviewing techniques and knowledge of call center functions throughout the company.
Position responsibilities:
- Responsible for obtaining quality candidates through creative recruiting efforts such as networking, referrals, schools, and department of labor
- Responsible for outside recruiting
- Monitor volume of resumes and calls received from internet resources and newspaper ads.
- Create and place ads on Internet and various newspapers within budget.
- Refresh internet postings on an as needed basis.
- Call qualified resumes or messages from applicants in a timely manner.
- Screen candidates for necessary skills by conducting thorough phone interview.
- Schedule candidates for testing after completion of phone interview or tactfully turn away candidates that were not qualified. Meet class size and appointment goals.
- Document appointments daily on the shared drive and print schedules for HR Assistant and Administrative Assistant.
- Responsible for weekly reports to corporate office
- Other office duties as assigned

- Technical skills: Knowledge of Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook
- Knowledge of office operations and policies
- Requires reliable transportation, 40% travel.
