Are you seeking an opportunity to recruit and train a team of talented individuals? Then The Dannon Company, Inc. is the place for you.
In this diversified role, we will look to you to plan, organize, direct and administer company-wide employee training and facilitation programs. We will look to you to serve as the subject matter expert for training, organizational development, and career counseling. You will have the opportunity to design, develop and facilitate or identify training partners to build a full curriculum for our team.
In addition, we will look to you to identify top talent to fill our hourly and salaried non-exempt positions. You will be actively involved in identifying the best recruitment strategy and conducting full-life recruitment that demonstrates how Dannon is a great place to grow.
The Successful Incumbent in this role will have:
* A minimum of 5 years experience in learning and development along with previous experience in recruitment is a plus.
* Prior experience in curriculum design, development and facilitation is essential.
* Previous experience with campus recruitment or employer branding is a plus.
* Experience with LMS applications, such as Absorb is a plus.
* A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
* Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
