As this organisation continues to grow, change and streamline their HR practices, they are seeking the expertise of an HR Supervisor to lead a team to provide best practice HR services to the business.
This will involve partnering with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and work collaboratively to deliver on business strategy and needs. In addition to this you will play a key role in the professional development and motivation of your HR team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Successful candidates must have demonstrated HR management experience and ideally have retail, manufacturing or healthcare industry experience. You will be tertiary qualified and have previous experience working in a transformation/change environment and have an ability to develop business solutions beyond the scope of your role and team.
