We are currently seeking the following dedicated Human Resources professional to join our expanding team in Maryland:
HR Systems Administrator/Analyst
Reporting directly to the Director, Human Resources Operations, you will provide technology solutions related to talent acquisition services on a global basis, participate in our global applicant tracking system (ATS) implementation, and drive system solutions to achieve our strategic goals related to talent acquisition globally.
The qualified candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business/Information Technology/Human Resources Management with 5-7 years of HR systems experience. Proficient to expert level administering and implementing applicant tracking systems (Taleo, BrassRing, iCIMS) with proven experience leveraging technology for greater organizational effectiveness will be essential for this role. In addition, experience in delivering system based user training to varied audiences across the globe and working with a team to deconstruct and rebuild established HR processes (e.g. AAP generation and reporting, OFCCP, etc.) is required. Experience with an outsourced provider is preferred.
