HR Transition Leader (m/f) Job in Crespin, Bruges
- Agree and implement transition plan for France and
Belgium,with full integration of transactional services and pay
into the existing HR SSO model - Accountable for the documentation of all process and procedures for
France and ensuring that clear lines of responsibility are agreed with
all stakeholders for all processes - Responsible for the management of all stakeholders identified within
the plan including, but not limited to, the Vice-President HR of Metro
Mainline, the Vice-President HR Global Shared Services, the
Country HRBPs, the HR SSO Management team and Works council
representatives for each country - Innovation: actively contribute innovative solutions that touch all
key components of the identified process. This will include
reviewing all processes and leveraging existing economies of scale and
standardisation where appropriate - Ensure the effective use of global HR SSO tools, including e-files,
CMT and Employee Portal, in each of the transitioned countries
