This position is to assist an implementation of the company's incentive programme throughout the organisation's sales and operation team. It will require your fastidious attention to detail, your ability to extract information and transfer onto spreadsheets and compare to various industry reports.
Your experience will be either from remunerations and benefits or paryroll with an emphasis in administering incentive schemes and programmes and reporting. You must also be committed to fulfill the contract while the restructuring of this department is complete, which could also offer further possibilities.
