HR09 - Recruiting Manager

Contract Executive Recruiter Kelly Financial Resources, a division of Kelly Services, is currently looking for a dynamic executive recruiter for major employer in the St. Louis area to enhance their recruiting process. We are looking for a successful recruiter that can source, screen, recruit, interview and place executives candidates at the Vice President level and higher. Primary responsibilities will include : · Develop, implement recruiting and pipelining plans for corporate level executives. · Identify recruiting resources to source and certify talent. · Develop and use leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent. · Managing relationships with search firms. · Driving timelines with search firms. · Interacting and advising executive leadership. · Project management experience required. · Manage outside recruiting agencies through recruiting process · Develop pipeline of corporate executive candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies . Requirements: · BA/BS degree minimum required · Minimum 4 years of proven, hands-on executive level recruitment management expertise · A strong knowledge of and experience with outside recruiting resources including social recruiting · Outstanding project management and vendor management skills · The ability to manage multiple competing priorities and to constantly re-prioritize ·
