· Hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business / human resources, and the Professional HR Certification (PHR), preferred
· 10+ years of benefits administration experience
· Background in benefits vendor management
· Ability to effectively communicate and educate personnel regarding all company benefits
· Competent in handling FMLA and related procedures
· Coordinate the performance management process for salaried personnel
· Thorough knowledge of employment law and compliance reporting, including HR statistics, compensation surveys, etc.
· Ability to facilitate training grant research and administration
· A high regard for people with a servant leadership style, while maintaining focus on the business needs of HR
· Advanced organizational, computer, written, and oral communication skills
· Professional, team work approach with a respect for confidentiality
· Character, integrity, and uncompromising ethics
· Effectively able to multi-task and drive projects
