Morgan Lewis Bockius LLP is currently seeking a HRIS Administrator for our Philadelphia office. As a member of the HRIS Team, the HRIS Administrator is responsible for supporting HR applications, processes and projects. The HRIS Administrator will manage the daily activities of the HRIS Support team and is responsible for the day to day activities of HR data (Lawson, Personnel Action Notice) operations, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of HR systems data. Other duties may include but are not limited to: report development, project management, process improvement and other related activities. The HR Administrator interacts with HR, as well as other firm departments to understand current and future needs. The incumbent of this job also supervises an HRIS Assistant, ensuring all scheduled work is performed in accordance with established quality and accuracy standards.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, preferably in HR or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of directly related professional Human Resources Information Systems or IT experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate must also have working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), Structured Query Language (SQL), Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, Lawson HR, viDesktop applications, iManage, Adobe Reader, Blackberry, Internet Explorer, Avaya IP SoftPhone, Avaya Audio Bridge Workstation Administration.

To perform the job successfully, an individual must demonstrate technical, project management, organizational, problem solving and customer service skills. Must also be a strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to change, balance competing demands, prepare business correspondence, proposals and reports, effectively present information to groups of employees and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients and vendors.
