This position is responsible for creating and implementing new and innovative ways to improve workflow, process efficiencies, internal reporting capabilities, the documentation of business processes, and expanding the use of the self-service portal. Qualified candidates must be able to work cross-functionally with others in a similar role and within a team setting to ensure data, reporting and integration needs are appropriately addressed. The ideal candidate will have the desire and ability to understand and address HR business needs while working cross-functionally to ensure broad cross departmental systems integration. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES bull; Work cross-functionally with other IT Administrators and subject matter experts to ensure efficient workflow and use of Workday, COMP, CORE, EMS, and employee self-service bull; Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for supported business units. bull; Develop solutions to increase efficiencies and accuracy and accessibility of data 15 bull; Works as part of a project team for systems upgrades, the development of new modules and site implementations and assists in testing system functionality. bull; Prepares and delivers documentation and training to end users on HRIS systems or enhancements, including new module training, new associate training and updates bull; Expand utilization of self-service portal for employees to view and manage personal data bull; Other reasonably related duties as assigned; Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential data; Knowledge and Experience 5 to 7 years relevant experience required, preferably for a public financial services company or software company with an HRIS or compensation-related product used primarily by publicly traded companies; Education and Certifications Bachelorrsquo;s degree in Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or other computer-related degree preferred.
