We have a great opportunity for a DIRECT HIRE - HRIS Analyst (Human Capital Management) with one of our most respected oil gas drilling clients located in the Sugarland area.
This is an HRIS role.
This position reports directly to the HRIS Manager.
The client is in the process of selecting a new HR system.
Our client is ideally looking for candidates with Human Resources, Compensation and Time/Attendance experience.
Salary: $70-80K DOE
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor?s Degree from accredited college, university or institution
- 6 years of Human Resources experience including at least 3 years of experience in a functional consultative role implementing HRIS systems
- Minimum of two (2) full cycle HRIS implementations to a commercial solution as an HR Business/Functional analyst
- Must be fluent in Visio, MS Project, Word and Excel
Position Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements/scope documentation for application design specifically in the areas of Core HR, Position Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, Employee and Manager Self Service, Recruiting and Salary and Classification/Compensation.
- Participate and lead fit/gap discussions, requirements definition, business process design and configuration, testing criteria, issues and recommendations.
- Ability to document all requirements for internal and external interfaces, reporting, workflow and security for HR business processes
- Effectively manage the impact that changes to the HR system configuration will have on existing systems and internal and external interfaces.
- Create test scenarios, perform tests, document test results and coordinate/assist the HR team in performing the tests to insure all processes work according to pre-determined goals.
- Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.
- Assists staff in the creation of dashboards and reports from the HRIS system as requested
- Assists in developing training documentation
