HRIS Analyst

The Judge Group has an immediate need for a HRIS Analyst for a 4 month+ contract position in the Chadds Ford, Pa area. The qualified candidate will contain the following qualifications and skills: Responsibilities: Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; documentation of production problems/gathering of employee data examples; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR Support in regards to the HR Service Center including issues with the HRIS, Payroll, and Recruiting systems and other HR functions Responsible for the accuracy of payroll audit. Audit includes validating the changes submitted by HR that have occurred during each payroll process and resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Assist in the testing of the HRIS system upgrades while documenting processes, results and user guides. Data analysis and management for vendor systems integration and conversion. Compare data from different sources to draw conclusions. Uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection in design principles Write, maintain and support a variety of reports utilizing reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for on-going customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Miscellaneous tasks including various data entry and audit requirements, maintenance of personnel files and filing system, with periodic audit of files, employment verifications, unemployment requests, etc. Requirements: Strong technical and analytical skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, scheduling and meeting deadlines. Advanced level skills with Microsoft Windows applications, especially Excel as well as web related applications. Experience working with complex spreadsheets and databases. Problem solving / Multitasking skills Familiarity with ADP or other payroll systems as well as pro-ration of pay and deductions.
