HRIS Analyst
Technical role that is responsible for supporting PeopleSoft Portal, Employee Self Service, Managers Self Service and HRIS business and systems operations including Learning Management, Recruiting and Time Attendance. Responsible for entering global HR transactions and completing report requests. Must ensure US and Canadian regulatory compliance related to HR transactions (EEOC reports, etc.) and participate in HR audit related activities. Also responsible for Time Attendance and Payroll inquiries as well as time card corrections. Responsible for processing PeopleSoft transactions which include job data change forms, new department set up, job mass updates (or excel to CI), update configuration as required, IT security inquiries and user security admin set ups as well as verifying that items submitted are in compliance with company policy, government regulations and meet PeopleSoft requirements. Assisting with HR training to ensure requirements are met.
