HRIS Analyst / UTEK835

Position Description:

UniTek Global Services, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our Corporate Headquarters in Blue Bell, PA. The HRIS Analyst leads and project manages analytical work designed to solve key HR challenges across all Human Resource practices. Leads process improvement activities regarding data that support Human Resource practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

? Provides advanced analytics of HR data to provide detailed explanation of data and relation to strategic business goals
? Generates complex queries and reports; performing specialized analysis of employee data
? Assists and coaches HR staff with developing complex HR data metrics, facilitates creation of reports and help them to effectively utilize HRIS to support their roles
? Provides operational support for the HRIS systems, including answering questions from end users and report writing
? Accurately documents all processes and procedures for the HRIS system, and must ensure the updates are performed on a regular basis
? Support special projects as assigned
? Preparation of statistical reporting
? Monitoring, updating and design of all new and existing HR systems involving comp, employee relations, benefits and compliance reporting
? Ensures all processes are within the department and US SOX guidelines

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Minimum of 5 years experience analyzing and reporting data (Human Resources data, financial analysis)
? Strong knowledge of ADP Products, including but not limited to Enterprise, VirtualEdge, Health Welfare and Self-Service Portal
? Strong knowledge of Oracle
? Understanding of HR, payroll and benefits processes
? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (using multiple sheets and workbooks, logical Operators, creating charts and pivot tables), PowerPoint, Access and Word
? Experience with project management (planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
? Knowledge of ADP Reporting (or previous experience working with a Business Intelligence software a plus)
? Must possess a strong financial acumen
? Requires excellent attention to detail and must be a proven problem solver
? Excellent ability to prioritize and multi-task
? Excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with all levels of operations and senior management

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
